Our project managers are Prince II certified and will use all or part of the Prince II methodology, as required by mutual agreement, to make sure your project runs smoothly. We are more than happy to work alongside your existing project managers and to fit it with your style of working.
On smaller scale projects all our technicians are more than capable of planning and advising on the best way to implement each part of the project to minimise project risk and therefore disruption to your users.
