Novell NetWare/OES (NetWare)

We are proficient with Novell NetWare from v 3.11 to v6.5 and can advise you on the best service packs and individual patches to use depending on your environment and services.

If you want to migrate to NetWare we can advise you on the best way of achieving migrations from all versions of NetWare and most Linux Distros or about upgrading from Microsoft NT, 2K, 2003, RM or Viglin.

If you want to move from a standalone NetWare system to something more 24/7 compliant, we can advise on migrating to a NetWare cluster, Standby Server, Virtual IP implementation, RSYNC implementation or for the truly resilient how to run a NetWare Cluster in a VMWare server farm.

Suse Linux/OES (Linux)

We have many years experience working with SuSe Linux so we were over the moon when Novell bought SuSe and enhanced the SLES distro with full NetWare functionality.

If you are thinking of using Linux in your environment we can advise you on why Suse Linux would be good for you and the best way to implement it.

If you are an existing NetWare user and would like advice on the pros and cons of migrating to OES (Linux) or indeed if migrating is in fact your best option! GroupWise

ST-FOUR are proficient with supporting Novell GroupWise from v5.0 to v 7.0 and can advise you on the best service packs and individual patches to use depending on your environment and services.

If you want to migrate to GroupWise we can advise you on the best way of achieving migrations from all versions of GroupWise and WordPerfect Office and which Operating System to run GroupWise on, we can also advise on upgrading to GroupWise from Microsoft Exchange 5.0, 5,5, 2000 and 2003, Pegasus/Mercury, Lotus Notes, Turnpike, and other POP3/IMAP4/HTTP systems.

We can also advise you on GroupWise Clustering and integrating your GroupWise system with your existing infrastructure.

ZENworks

ST-FOUR can help you support your entire ZENworks Suite of products from ZFD v1.1 through to the full ZENworks 7 Suite including advice on the best service packs and individual patches to use depending on your environment and services.

We can migrate your existing ZENworks implementation to the latest version and can upgrade your system to ZENworks from Microsoft SMS, RM and Viglin.

We can also advise you on the best way to implement ZENworks in your environment and while Operating system to run the various ZENworks products on.

Identity Manager (IDM)

IDM provides a giant leap forward in systems integration.

Surprisingly few people know that eDirectory can be synchronised with other systems such as NT Domains, Active Directory, Exchange, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle and much more.

Surprisingly, even more people do not know that they may already be licensed to synchronise eDirectory to NT Domains, Active Directory and other eDirectory servers!

IDM is the key not only to synchronising Users and Passwords across different system but total user lifecycle management from user creation, group assignment, user movement and user expiration and deletion.

Systems Integration

Probably one of the biggest problems facing organisations is getting their disparate systems to talk to each other.

By using a combination of the products above and maybe some third party add-ons, ST-FOUR can integrate your systems together - whether you want you Macs to have automated printer delivery and access to the NetWare file system, whether you want Lotus Notes users to see your GroupWise users in their address books or you want Windows users to be able to access NetWare files and printing from home or internally without the need for the Novell Client.
